In the real estate sector, Kaazar Capital participates in the financing and acquisition of residential, commercial, and hospitality assets covering both prime locations and special situations. In the hospitality space, we offer capital and strategic support for the acquisition, expansion, or repositioning of hotels and hotel groups with a particular focus on boutique assets and transformation projects in high-demand destinations across Europe and Latin America. Our involvement with operators such as Cruz Boutique Hotels positions us as a knowledgeable partner that understands both the financial dynamics and operational realities of the hotel industry.
